It's my passion to awaken people to the power that lies within and It makes my heart sing when I see the shifts that can occur when people take ownership of this power. When we are born we have no attachments, but after birth we start to be defined by labels. Firstly gender, then a name, appearance, personality, one after another throughout life they continue and we start to identify with these perceived descriptions as to who we are and it also defines how others see us. These labels become beliefs that we hold about ourselves until we decide to change.
